Responsibilities: New board member with specific interest in Housing Asset Management, Repairs and Maintenance, Zero Carbon, Building Safety, Capital Investment and the built environment generally.

 

About Ray: Born in Devon, Ray lives with his wife in Bridport, Dorset has two grown up sons working in London.

 

Career history: A Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years experience in the Social Housing sector. Working as a Director with London based Chartered Surveying practice in the 1980s, manager at Dorset based Housing Association in 1990’s. Set up own practice in 1999 and specialises in providing professional advice to Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Housing Trusts.

 

Hobbies and interests:  Fishing, Gardening, Nature, Football.
