Coronavirus: Essential Information for our Tenants

The health and safety of our staff and our customers is our priority.

We continue to follow government guidance daily and we are closely monitoring the advice from Public Health England. 

It may become necessary for us to change the way we deliver our services as government advice changes however at this time our services remain unaffected.

It’s really important that you let us know by calling 01202 883 503 if you are self-isolating or otherwise affected by coronavirus before we arrange to visit you in your home.

Please be reassured that our people will be following the latest advice from government whilst in your home which is designed to protect both you and our employees.The advice from Public Health England still remains to avoid contact with people who are unwell, to self isolate for seven days if you have a new or persistent cough or temperature, to wash your hands regularly, to cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze and to avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

We understand that this is a worrying time but please be assured that we will follow the guidance issued, communicate well with you and work effectively to continue to deliver our core services.
