Widget Close – East Boro have completed the purchase of a two bed bungalow for an adult with a learning disability with support from NHS England and BCP (Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council) as part of the NHS Transferring Care Programme. The property is currently being upgraded.

 

New Borough – East Boro have sold our former shared house for younger persons in New Borough.

 

We have sucessfully let all of the properties at Old Quarry Close, Worth Matravers.
Regarding the properties for sale at 75% in perpetuity, we can announce that three out of the four properties have sales proceeding.
