New home for letting agency
A THRIVING Parkstone business is on the move.
Homes4let has expanded to new premises in Mansfield Road after more than a decade trading in Ashley Road.
The move comes in a bid to meet increasing demand for the company’s social housing letting services, which include sourcing tenants who have been referred by the local council housing advice teams.
Homes4let works in partnership with several local authorities and currently manages over 150 properties on behalf of local landlords.
It was taken over last summer by East Boro, which provides accommodation, care and support to vulnerable adults across Dorset.
East Boro Chief Executive, Kevin Hodder, said: “Homes4let plays a vital role in the community, providing support and services for landlords, which in turn helps tenants to find safe and secure homes.
“Our experienced staff offer a full and professional management service and we are committed to being open, honest and ethical in the way we do business.
“The move to Mansfield Road will ensure that we continue to provide the very best service to our clients.”
Having access to local authority referred tenant lists means Homes4let have an enviable reputation for filling empty properties quickly and efficiently.
“What we offer is a one-stop service to landlords”, explained Homes4let Business Manager, Dominic Amans, “where every aspect of letting a property is taken care of.
“On top of that, landlords use Homes4let knowing that the company has strong ethical values and that they are providing accommodation for people who really need that extra helping hand in life.
“The move to Mansfield Road is further evidence of our commitment to offering the very best service available to both landlords and tenants.
“We are always on the look out for new properties and I would urge landlords to get in touch with us or pop in for a chat at our new premises.”
