East Boro provides personalised care services for adults of all ages across Dorset, Poole & Bournemouth including those with physical, learning and mental disabilities.
We also cater for people suffering dementia, memory loss or recovering from illness or returning from hospital.
The Care Team in Poole have been working tirelessly to provide respite services via the Home Sitting Service and have built up a specialised Domiciliary Care Provision to Older Persons living in their own homes in the community.
All our services are person-centred and tailored to suit individuals needs and are carried our by our friendly, experienced and qualified staff.
In 2017 East Boro tendered for and was successfully selected onto the following Care Frameworks:
• Bournemouth Borough Council & Poole Borough Council’s Care & Support At Home: Domiciliary care and community home care for people across Poole and Bournemouth (This is different to the Adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism Framework tender that will be released later in 2018).
• Dorset County Council’s Care & Support at Home for Older People, Adults with Physical Disabilities or Mental Health Issues: This contract consists of several lots, including: Care and Support at home, Community Innovation (Day Service & Group Activities), Care & Support in a Care Home (with or without nursing)
East Boro Housing Trust has signed up to the Driving Up Quality Code. This is a code for providers and commissioners. Signing up is a commitment to driving up quality in services for people with learning disabilities.
