Reporting Repairs

If you spot a problem inside or outside your home it is important that you report it to East Boro as a matter of urgency. The sooner you do so, the quicker we can get the problem sorted. There are a number of ways to report a repair or maintenance issue as set out below. Alternatively you can speak to a member of staff at your scheme or your support worker.
