Tenancy Management & Policies

When you get the offer of a property, the rules and regulations of living there are set out in the Tenancy Agreement, which you sign before you take up residence. You will also be supplied with a Tenancy Handbook, which gives some more background information, and information on what to do in certain circumstances.


Your local Housing Officer will be able to help you if you need further information on rents and rent payments, and any other queries you may have.
